Green Grass Investment Nigeria Limited (GGI) - Mechanical Technician

Location: Warra, Kebbi

Employment Type: Full-time

Carry out routine mechanical maintenance and repairs on mining and industrial equipment.
Identify, diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical faults.
Perform equipment servicing, inspections and preventive maintenance.
Repair and replace defective mechanical components.
Carry out welding, fabrication and fitting tasks where required.
Ensure machinery operates efficiently and safely.
Maintain compliance with company safety policies and operational procedures.
Minimum Experience Required
1–4 years of progressive working experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably within the mining, engineering, manufacturing or industrial sector.
Practical experience in equipment maintenance, mechanical repairs, troubleshooting and servicing of industrial machinery.
Experience in welding and fabrication will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualifications and Requirements:

Completion of a recognised mechanical apprenticeship training programme.
Trade Test Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Technology.
Relevant technical training or certification in Mechanical/Electrical Technology.
A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering will be an added advantage.
Welding and fabrication skills will be an added advantage.
Good technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team.
Willingness to work and reside in Kebbi State.
