Responsibilities
- Supervise mechanical maintenance activities and coordinate daily maintenance workflow
- Lead equipment troubleshooting efforts to quickly identify and resolve faults
- Plan and oversee preventive maintenance programs to sustain equipment performance and minimize unscheduled downtime
- Manage a team of technicians, providing guidance and supervision to ensure work is completed to standard and on schedule
- Monitor plant operations to uphold reliability and efficiency, supporting overall production goals
Requirements
- Proven experience in mechanical maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and team supervision
- Demonstrated ability to ensure efficient plant operations and minimize downtime
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a mechanical maintenance environment is desirable
