Job title: Mechanical Supervisor, MES

About the Role The Mechanical Supervisor (MES) oversees the General Construction Contractor (GCC) activities for the mechanical discipline on the Chile SWS WSA project. You will ensure that construction works are performed according to erection schedules and project documents, within budget, and in compliance with Quality and Safety procedures.

What You'll Do

• Before works commence, check vendor material and technical documentation delivery schedules to ensure alignment with construction schedules and contractual commitments.
• Before works commence, review and approve Method Statements submitted by GCC to ensure correct field application.
• Monitor and update the project schedule and drive actions to recover any delays.
• Verify that GCC's equipment and manpower are adequate and that works conform to design documents, Safety regulations, and the project Quality standard.
• Detect design errors and, where possible, propose corrections or coordinate with DIEs to implement changes.
• Review GCC’s work progress status sheets and sign off for approval.
• Manage VENDOR specialists and interface with subcontractors as required.

What We're Looking For

• Suitable University Degree.
• 5–10 years of experience as Mechanical Supervisor or in multidisciplinary roles on projects of comparable size.
• Prior experience in similar scale projects.
• Native Polish speaker; Fluent English.
• Excellent IT and analytical skills; strong communications and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong teamwork, self-motivation, and ability to deliver on time; attention to detail.
