What You'll Do
- Lead engineering studies to identify and deliver the most effective technical solutions for industrial investment projects.
- Design, integrate, and implement equipment solutions in compliance with engineering standards, quality requirements, and project objectives.
- Manage project execution from concept through installation, commissioning, and final acceptance.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Good understanding of mechanical systems, equipment design, and industrial engineering principles.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings/diagrams and technical specifications; Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Good knowledge of mechanical analysis and engineering calculations; understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Experience or exposure to project execution, equipment installation, or industrial engineering projects.
- Ability to prepare technical reports, engineering documentation, and presentations.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Fluent in English (written & spoken, minimum B2 level).
Nice to Have
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or capital investment projects.
- Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, design reviews, and quality planning processes.
- Experience managing suppliers, contractors, or engineering consultants.
- Familiarity with equipment commissioning and factory/site acceptance testing.
