Job title: Mechanical Production & Industrialization Engineer
About the Role Join Sener as a Mechanical Production & Industrialization Engineer at our Zamudio site, focused on the production engineering and industrialization of the mechanical branch in electro-mechanical systems for aerospace and defense projects. You will contribute to international programs in a company known for precision and collaboration.
What You'll Do
- Leverage experience in the definition and industrialization of electromechanical equipment, industrializing systems from design and prototyping, including assembly tasks, cycle times, maintainability, and product configuration.
- Lead the introduction of new products and ramp-up of production for new products.
- Perform Process Engineering: define assembly procedures, roadmaps, tooling generation, line support, PFMEA, VSM, Lead Time Calculations (LTC), etc.
- Conduct Functional Testing Engineering: support and perform functional tests following design-area instructions.
- Monitor and resolve Non-conformities: participate in NRBs, investigate and disposition defects.
- Support the generation and implementation of Change Notes.
- Support validation, qualification and certification testing.
- Support supply chain management.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Materials Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience performing the described functions.
