Mechanical Process Engineer
What you will enjoy doing
- You will own the research and development powder processing equipment area, serving as the primary technical resource for equipment operation, process development, technology implementation, and continuous improvement
- You will partner with Materials Engineers to develop, optimize, and document powder manufacturing processes, establishing process routes and operating parameters for new and existing materials
- Further, you will design and execute process development trials to evaluate equipment capabilities, improve process performance, and achieve targeted powder characteristics and throughput
- Support the transition of laboratory and pilot-scale powder processes into robust, repeatable manufacturing methods
