About the Role As a Mechanical Principal Engineer specializing in AI platforms with Direct Liquid Cooling (DLC), you will be a senior technical leader responsible for resolving complex factory and customer escalations while ensuring deployment and lifecycle support of high-density AI systems. You will operate at the intersection of product engineering, manufacturing, and customer operations to drive reliability, performance, and customer success. What You'll Do
- Lead Customer Escalations & Technical Resolution: Serve as the primary customer-facing mechanical/thermal expert for AI platform escalations, driving end-to-end resolution of critical factory, deployment, and post-deployment issues involving Direct Liquid Cooling (DLC) systems.
