Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily inspection, maintenance, fault diagnosis and repair of cement plant mechanical equipment (rotary kiln, ball mill, conveyor, crusher, fan and other mechanical equipment).
  • Complete equipment regular maintenance, overhaul and parts replacement work strictly in accordance with maintenance specifications.
  • Record maintenance data, sort out equipment maintenance files, summarize failure causes and put forward improvement suggestions.
  • Cooperate with the maintenance manager to complete preventive maintenance work to reduce equipment failure rate and downtime.
  • Guide maintenance workers to carry out standardized operation, ensure maintenance safety and construction quality.
  • Cooperate with Chinese technical team to complete equipment transformation, debugging and technical upgrading work.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Equipment Maintenance or related majors.

  • At least 3 years of mechanical maintenance working experience in cement plant, familiar with cement production line mechanical equipment structure and failure principle.

  • Able to independently complete equipment fault detection, disassembly, maintenance and debugging work.

  • Familiar with mechanical drawing, equipment maintenance process and safety operation specifications.

  • Hard-working, able to adapt to on-site emergency maintenance work, strong practical ability and sense of responsibility.
