About the Role Kavak is seeking a Mechanical Inspector to ensure pre-purchase vehicle mechanical, aesthetic, and structural conditions meet quality standards for homologation. You will validate vehicle version information after visual inspection and internal component review to maintain accurate records and safe, reliable vehicles for sale.
What You'll Do
- Ensure before purchase that mechanical, aesthetic, and structural conditions meet requirements and quality standards for homologation.
- Validate/update the information about the vehicle version according to the aesthetic review and internal components.
- Verify that the vehicle has not odometer rollback or mileage beyond the standard.
- Review documentation provided by the client to verify it matches the vehicle.
- Ensure the vehicle's structure has not been compromised in case of any damage.
- Identify potential engine faults after inspection.
- Review the wheel system: tires, brake pads, discs and rims.
- Identify leaks or problems with electrical wiring.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 13,000 MXN per month; 1,056 MXN in vales card.
