About the Role The Mechanical Inspector ensures before purchase that the vehicle's mechanical, aesthetic, and structural conditions meet Kavak's required quality standards to be homologated, supporting Kavak's national and international operations. The role also involves validating or updating the vehicle version information based on visual inspection and internal component checks.
What You'll Do
- Ensure before purchase that the mechanical, aesthetic, and structural conditions of the vehicle meet the required quality standards for homologation.
- Validate/update information about the vehicle version according to the cosmetic review and internal components.
- Verify that the vehicle does not have altered mileage or mileage beyond the standard.
- Review the documentation provided by the client to verify it matches the vehicle.
- Ensure the vehicle structure has not been compromised in case of any damage.
- Identify possible engine faults after inspection.
- Check the wheel system: tires, brake pads, discs and rims.
- Identify leaks or electrical wiring issues.
