Job title: Mechanical Engineering Intern
ASM's Spring internship provides a hands-on experience in the fast-paced and exciting semiconductor industry. As a Mechanical Engineering Intern, you will support platform design activities and collaborate with experienced engineers across the product development lifecycle. This paid 12-week, on-site program starts January/February 2027 and runs through April/May 2027, and is designed for students actively enrolled in full-time programs.

- Support platform design activities
- Collaborate with experienced engineers across the product development lifecycle
- Contribute to industry-related engineering projects and learn from senior team members
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Strong interest in mechanical design and product development
- Foundational understanding of mechanical engineering concepts
- Experience with or exposure to CAD tools
- Curiosity, willingness to learn, and comfort working in a collaborative engineering environment
