About the Role You will be responsible for transformer structural design and drawing, as well as engineering calculations and analyses to ensure electrical performance and mechanical strength. This role also involves project development, standardized design, technical support, and cross-department coordination to deliver reliable transformer products. What You'll Do
- Perform transformer structural design and drawing based on electrical parameters and customer requirements; create assembly and part drawings from 3D models.
- Carry out engineering calculations and analyses (mechanical strength, electromagnetic fields, fluid, thermal) to ensure safety and reliability.
- Lead project development and standardized design for transformer structures and tools to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Provide technical support to customers, production, and after-sales; troubleshoot production and on-site installation issues.
- Coordinate with multiple departments (project management, procurement, production, quality) to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
- Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; fresh graduate or up to 2 years’ work experience.
- Knowledge of mechanical engineering topics such as structural mechanics, materials engineering; transformer design knowledge is a plus.
- Proficiency with design-related 3D modeling tools (e.g., Creo, SolidWorks).
- Experience with finite element analysis software (e.g., Ansys, Abaqus).
- Good communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work effectively in a team.
- Fluent in written and spoken English. Nice to Have
