Job Summary
- Due to increasing activities, our client urgently requires the servicers of an experienced Maintenance Officer who is highly skilled in Electrical and Machine Maintenances.
Functional Responsibilities
- Your duties shall include but not limited to the following:
- Reading and interpreting blueprints to assess or plan plumbing installations and layouts.
- Machines maintenances and trouble shooting
- air conditioners installations
- Managing ,minor electrical issues
- Installing, maintaining and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures.
- Cutting, welding and assembling pipes, tubes, fittings, and fixtures.
- Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance.
- Troubleshooting and resolving problems.
- Preparing cost estimates.
- Understanding and applying blueprints and technical diagrams
- Using various devices, including ammeters, voltmeters, thermal scanners and cable testers, as well as hand and power tools
- Installing or replacing wiring, lighting, electrical controls, breakers and other electrical devices
- Inspecting and maintaining electrical systems in the apartments
- Adhering to state and local building regulations.
- Completing work orders on time
- Documenting the work completed and materials used
- Working with other electricians, general contractors, architects and other team members
Requirements

The ideal candidate must possess OND or Trade School Certificate with a minimum of 3 years’ experience
