Job Requirements

7–10 years’ proven experience in mechanical and electrical building services, preferably within construction or real estate development

BSc/HND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related field

Relevant professional certification is an added advantage

Proven experience supervising mechanical and electrical installations on construction projects

Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical installations, plumbing, fire protection, power systems, and other M&E services

Experience coordinating M&E contractors, subcontractors, technicians, materials, and site activities

Ability to interpret M&E drawings, specifications, schedules, and technical documents

Experience in testing, commissioning, inspection, and quality control of M&E installations

Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
-
High level of integrity, discipline, technical competence, and professionalism

Ability to work under pressure and effectively liaise with Project Managers, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders
