Job Description

Shafa Construction is looking for a skilled Mechanical Draftsman to join our Building Division at our Head Office in Dubai, UAE.

This role requires candidates with solid UAE experience, particularly in luxury villa projects or mega residential building projects. You will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings for mechanical systems.

As a Mechanical Draftsman, you will translate design concepts into precise drawings for HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical installations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications. Your work is fundamental to the successful construction of our high-end properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed mechanical drawings using AutoCAD.

• Collaborate with engineers and project managers.
• Create shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Maintain drawing records and revisions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Mechanical Drafting or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience as a Mechanical Draftsman.

• Experience with luxury villa or mega residential projects in the UAE is preferred.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.

• Understanding of mechanical systems and components.
