The Mechanical Design Engineering Manager at Avibank Manufacturing, Inc. What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of mechanical design engineers to deliver high-quality products and solutions
- Oversee mechanical design activities for fasteners and fastening systems, ensuring performance, reliability, and manufacturability
- Apply engineering principles and analytical thinking to solve challenging technical problems
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and cross-functional teams to bring products from concept to production
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in product design and development
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (advanced degree preferred)
- Experience leading mechanical design engineering teams
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with deep knowledge of engineering and design principles
- Ability to translate complex problems into creative, effective design solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
