Purpose:
- Performs API and special customer mechanical tests on samples, in a safe and efficient manner according to applicable procedures, complying with defined quality standards.
Main Activities:

Ensures instruments are in good condition checking their expiration date and correct functioning.

Executes change over and set up of the machine.

Performs API and special customer mechanical tests such as Tensile, Charpy, Hardness, DWTT or Fatigue tests.
-
Performs computerized machine operation.
-
Carries out quality reports of test results and notifies the responsible section when a test is out of specifications.

Updates information in the tracking systems and records the obtained results.
