About the Role
Delta Innovative Services is seeking a skilled Mechanic to maintain and repair trucks and small engines to ensure safety and reliability for our commercial and industrial roofing operations. This role will support our fleet and equipment maintenance, helping keep operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do

Inspect and diagnose small engines, transmissions, and mechanical systems

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on trucks and equipment

Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and hydraulic issues

Maintain service records and repair logs

Advise on preventative maintenance

Support other tasks as needed (e.g., hydraulic repairs, painting)

What We're Looking For

Proven mechanical experience

Strong knowledge of small engines, electrical and hydraulic systems

Skilled with hand tools and diagnostic equipment

Ability to follow procedures and read manuals/blueprints
-
High school diploma preferred, vocational training or ASE certification a plus

Must pass pre-employment drug screening

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
