About this role
We are looking for a meticulous Mechanical and Plumbing Draftsman to produce detailed technical drawings for our construction projects.
This role is critical in ensuring that all mechanical and plumbing systems are accurately represented in drawings, facilitating smooth installation and maintenance.
You will work closely with engineers and project managers to translate design concepts into precise, actionable blueprints.

Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed mechanical and plumbing drawings using CAD software.
- Interpret engineering designs, specifications, and calculations.
- Develop schematics, layouts, and isometric views for piping and equipment.
- Ensure drawings comply with industry standards and project requirements.
- Coordinate with engineers and project teams to resolve design discrepancies.
- Maintain drawing registers and ensure proper documentation control.
- Assist in site surveys and verification of existing installations.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Mechanical and Plumbing Draftsman.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
- Understanding of mechanical and plumbing systems and components.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
