About the Role As a Mécanicienne/Mécanicien aéronautique moteurs Banc d'Essai Réacteur F/H, you will be assigned to the Roissy engine unit on the reactor test bench and participate in the preparation, testing, and troubleshooting of revised engines for Air France and clients. You will rely on regulatory technical documentation and established procedures, collaborating with the technical office to ensure safety, quality and efficiency. Your focus is on doing it right the first time and maintaining zero accidents. What You'll Do
- Mounting/dismantling/inspection/preparation/adjustment of test bench tooling
- Inspections and verifications during and after bench tests
- Engine testing under high operational constraints
- First-level maintenance on industrial equipment, tools, and installations
- Check expiry dates and request interventions when needed (WEBDI, SamFM, etc.)
- Interactions with handling and maintenance service providers
- Engage in SDV/SST initiatives and continuous improvement (self-audit, DIP, 5S, updating information systems such as Keops)
- Ordering LRU and consumables necessary for tests and maintenance of industrial assets
- Acquisition and maintenance of your skills (on-the-job training)
- Knowledge transfer and training of others What We're Looking For
- Hold a Bac Pro Aeronautique
- Curious, rigorous and flexible
- Enjoy teamwork and working in an industrial environment
- Strong experience as an engine mechanic
- Rigorous and methodical with good analytical/interpretation skills related to mechanical situations
- Good command of technical English (level 2) essential to read and understand aeronautical documentation Nice to Have
