About the Role The Measure Tech is responsible for the accuracy of measurements, scope of work, and materials needed for all sold projects assigned to them in an assigned territory. The Measure Tech follows the project through the life cycle from initial site assessment to completion.
What You'll Do
- Conduct on-site assessments including technical measurements and product specification requirements.
- Provide material lists for jobs and track all permits required for projects.
- Follow the project lifecycle from start to finish, including required job site visits.
- Submit structural issues and concerns to the Senior Project Manager for approval.
- Maintain 98% accuracy on all measurements.
- Complete 5 job site visits per week, with a target of 10.
- Complete a minimum of 5 technical measurements per week, with a goal of 10.
- Provide 1 Service Provider lead per week.
- Submit weekly activity reports and maintain records for all credit card transactions.
What We're Looking For
- Ability to perform accurate onsite measurements and determine product specification requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy (target 98%).
- Comfortable with fieldwork, travel within the assigned territory, and site visits.
- Ability to communicate clearly with the Senior Project Manager and team.
- Experience with material estimation, permits, and documentation.
