About the Role The MDS Coordinator plays a key role in coordinating and completing resident MDS assessments, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance within a nursing environment. This role supports care planning, reimbursement accuracy, and interdisciplinary collaboration to promote quality resident care.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and complete comprehensive resident assessments (MDS) and ensure timely, accurate data.
- Serve as a resource for care planning activities and conduct orientation sessions on the MDS process.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team on care planning and support regulatory compliance and reimbursement accuracy.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- LPN/LVN or RN license required.
- Working knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards related to MDS.
