About the Role We are assembling a versatile MCP Server Engineer to design, implement, and operate a broad suite of Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers. Your work will enable AI agents to convert and access data, monitor systems in real time, and interact with major cloud and developer tools. This role spans developer tooling, web data extraction, browser automation, and seamless AI integration across platforms such as GitHub, Azure, Jira, and more.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain MCP servers for converting PDFs, Word, Excel, images, and audio to Markdown.
• Implement real-time infrastructure monitoring with metrics, logs, alerts, and ML-based anomaly detection.
• Keep prompts and code docs up to date for MCP servers and related tooling.
• Create an MCP server for Chrome DevTools automation and testing using accessibility trees for data extraction.
• Connect AI assistants to GitHub to manage repos, issues, PRs, and workflows via natural language.
• Develop semantic code retrieval and editing tools for coding agents.
• Enable Unity Editor control from MCP clients via a Unity bridge and a local Python server.
• Implement MCP server capabilities for terminal commands, file operations, and process management.
• Build data extraction capabilities with Firecrawl and integrate other scrapers like Apify/ SearXNG.
• Integrate with Notion API and Azure ecosystem, including Azure DevOps for repos, work items, builds, releases, test plans, and code search.
• Provide database MCP support for PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, SQLite, MariaDB, and a lightweight provisioning-oriented MCP server for cloud infra.
• Connect to platforms like Supabase, Bright Data web MCP, and privacy-focused search via SearXNG.
• Integrate with Jira, Confluence, and Compass to search, create, and manage work items; connect to Figma context and Stripe for customers/products/payments.
• Leverage Terraform-related tooling (Terraform & Terraform Enterprise) and NuGet MCP workflows; support Vite/Nuxt app contexts.

What We're Looking For

• Experience building and maintaining MCP servers and AI agent integrations.
• Proficiency in web data extraction and automated scraping workflows.
• Familiarity with Azure, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Fabric, and Notion API integrations.
• Strong background in databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, SQLite, MariaDB, Supabase).
• Experience with Unity Editor control and browser automation.
• Ability to integrate with GitHub, GitLab, Jira/Confluence/Compass, Apify, Bright Data, and SearXNG.
• Excellent documentation skills and ability to produce up-to-date prompts and developer docs.
• Cross-functional collaboration and ability to operate across multiple tooling ecosystems.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Figma design context integration.
• Stripe integration experience.
• Knowledge of Terraform/HCP, Terraform Enterprise, NuGet MCP protocols, and Vite/Nuxt contexts.
• Privacy-preserving search experience (SearXNG).
