The Matron will oversee the nursing unit and ensure smooth coordination of clinical activities within the healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will supervise nurses and other healthcare assistants while ensuring quality patient care and professional standards are maintained at all times. Key Responsibilities Clinical & Nursing Supervision: Supervise and coordinate all nursing staff activities Ensure proper patient care and treatment procedures Monitor patients’ wellbeing and nursing standards Ensure accurate documentation of patient records. Staff Management: Assign duties and schedules to nurses and support staff Monitor staff punctuality, discipline, and performance Mentor and train junior nurses when necessary Ensure teamwork and proper communication among staff.
