Role Summary

• Provide leadership and management in the nursing department, ensure quality patient care, maintain nursing standards, coordinate staff and resources, and support continuous improvement in nursing services.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Nursing and Midwifery Current Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria license (as applicable)
• Minimum of 7 years post-NYSC clinical experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory roleStrong leadership, communication, organisational, and patiet-care skills.
