About the Role
Forthfloor Partners is seeking a Matron to oversee students’ welfare, safety, discipline, and daily activities within the institute’s hostel.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise students and ensure their overall welfare.
- Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and orderliness in the hostel.
- Monitor students’ health, hygiene, and daily activities.
- Ensure students’ safety and security.
- Report and manage emergencies or misconduct.
Requirements
- Minimum of a BSc in Medical, Nursing, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Matron, Housemistress, or Caregiver is an advantage.
- Must be disciplined, God-fearing, firm, and caring.
- Good communication skills and ability to manage teenagers.
- Must be willing to live at the institute.
- Female applicants aged 40 and above.
