About the Role The Math Interventionist role is for Minnesota Connections Academy, a tuition-free online public charter school serving K-12 students in Minnesota. You will provide interventions for at-risk students, analyze academic data, and develop/implement individualized plans, with in-person and virtual meetings and statewide travel. What You'll Do
- Analyze academic data and identify student needs.
- Provide interventions for at-risk K-12 students and tutor as needed.
- Develop and implement individualized plans.
- Meet with students, parents, and teachers in person and virtually.
- Travel statewide to support learners; communicate via a personal device and email. What We're Looking For
- Ability to provide interventions for at-risk K-12 students.
- Proficiency in analyzing academic data and turning insights into action.
- Experience developing and implementing individualized plans.
- Comfortable meeting with students, families, and teachers in person and virtually.
- Willingness to travel statewide and use a personal device and email for communications. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $44,000 per year. Hybrid, full-time role. MNCA is a tuition-free online public charter school; additional benefits are not listed in the posting.
