Math Competition Program Lead
As the Math Competition Program Lead you will play a key role in shaping how AoPS engages with the academic competition ecosystem, connecting students at every level to the contests and experiences that develop great problem solvers.
The Math Competition Program Lead will define and maintain AoPS's approach to encouraging and enabling our students to participate in important math competitions, and own the operational execution that makes it happen from campus hosting logistics to cross-team coordination. They will build and scale systems to track AoPS student performance across major external math competitions. They will use contest participation and performance data to drive program assessment and surface insights across the organization, including student achievements, engagement trends, and opportunities to improve our contest-related offerings.
