About this role
Our client, a private family in Riyadh, is seeking a UK & European-trained Maternity Nurse for a confidential placement. The maternity nurse appointment depends on exacting clinical standards, always with complete confidentiality. During the family's stays at their European residences, you continue the work of the maternity nurse aboard and ashore. We introduce only clinicians whose standards we have checked in detail; your terms are set directly with the family as your employer.
Requirements
- We require a nursing qualification and current registration, current and verifiable. 3 years spent in nursing practice is required, with outcomes we can verify. A UK or European training pathway is the starting point for the maternity nurse appointment, reviewed carefully before any introduction. Confidentiality is absolute in this post, and we assess this ourselves before any introduction. A current passport and a flexible diary are essential, for stays that may run to several weeks.
Benefits
- Salary is gross, from €5,000 a month. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. The maternity nurse lives within the family's residence: the role is live-in and single-status. You receive generous paid leave, so the post suits a clinician seeking stability. Employment terms for the maternity nurse are written directly between you and the family, with duties, leave and pay stated precisely. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
