About this role
A private family in Dubai requires a UK & European-trained Maternity Nurse for exclusive household engagement. The family expects a measured, high-standard approach to newborn and maternal assessment, delivered inside the family's own home. Once the household moves on to the Côte d'Azur for the summer, you travel too and hold your standards of care exactly as they were. Our part is to introduce and verify the maternity nurse; the family employs you and signs your contract itself.
Requirements
- The essential foundation is a nursing qualification and current registration, in good standing and free of restrictions. A baseline of 2 years of nursing experience applies, where decisions had to be made independently. We consider only UK or European training for the maternity nurse post, and no shortlist is released until it is confirmed. Excellent spoken and written English is required, and a clear command of English supports safe clinical handovers. Extended periods away from Dubai are part of the post, and the family values clinicians who adapt calmly.
Benefits
- The gross salary for this post starts from €5,000 a month. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. In Dubai you live within the family's residence: the role is live-in and single-status. The appointment is long-term, with a stable contract, and the family intends a lasting relationship. You sign the maternity nurse contract directly with the family, on terms agreed openly from the start. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
