About this role
A lasting Maternity Nurse appointment is open with a private family in Doha, open to UK & European-trained clinicians.
The appointment suits a methodical maternity nurse who values a long tenure with one family.
Tenure with this family means joining their summers on the Mediterranean and their time in London, which keeps the same trusted clinician at their side.
The family employs you directly, as MST only introduces and verifies clinicians.
Requirements
-
The family requires a clinician who relocates alone: the appointment is live-in and single-status, with a start within six weeks and the flexibility to travel with the family at any time.
-
A qualified maternity nurse who holds current nursing registration in the UK or Europe.
-
A minimum of 5 years of settled clinical experience.
-
Only candidates trained in the UK or Europe.
-
You must speak English fluently, and discretion is a standing obligation, not a formality.
-
Your professional registration needs to be active and we confirm it ourselves.
-
Your referees are spoken to and nothing is passed on without your consent.
Benefits
-
You will receive £78,000 – £91,000, tax-free.
-
Accommodation within the residence is provided, and relocation is arranged by the family, from the first day of the appointment.
-
Your leave is paid, and the family funds flights home, under a stable permanent contract.
-
Engagement essentials
-
Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care.
-
Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
