About this role
A family residing in Jeddah wishes to appoint a UK & European-trained maternity nurse, in a private household nursing lead role built on trust. The family wants a calm and reassuring presence backed by a clear head in every situation. Whether the family is in Jeddah, in London or on the Riviera, you are expected to join them, and the trust built at home carries across borders. The employment relationship is with the family directly, while we stay on as your introducer.
Requirements
- You hold a nursing qualification and active registration from a UK or European body. You bring 2 or more years of nursing experience in one-to-one settings so that you manage a routine confidently. We confirm your UK or European training and registration before your maternity nurse profile reaches the family, so that trust begins on firm ground. Excellent English and discretion backed by an NDA are required throughout the appointment. Complete discretion, a steady manner and ease around a private household are essential. The family expects you to be ready to travel with the family as part of the role.
Benefits
- The gross salary for this post starts from €5,000 a month. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Provided by the family: accommodation within the family's residence, and flights. Paid leave, return flights to your home country and the stability of a permanent post are offered by the family. Employment is agreed with the family directly, while we stay on as your introducer. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
