About this role
A private family in Riyadh has opened a permanent maternity nurse post, placed through us on a strictly private basis. The mandate suits a maternity nurse who is calm when the decision is theirs alone, day in and day out. The post is not tied to Riyadh: a Mediterranean yacht is part of the calendar, and so is night and day infant care there, without a handover to anyone else. We introduce only those maternity nurses whose credentials we have checked ourselves, with nothing taken on trust.
Requirements
- A current UK or European registration as a maternity nurse is the starting point. You should have worked no fewer than 3 years since qualifying. The family has asked for UK & European-trained maternity nurses exclusively, and your credentials are checked against it. Clear English is required at every level of the role; discretion is treated as a clinical standard. We introduce only those maternity nurses whose credentials we have checked ourselves, leaving the family free to judge fit.
Benefits
- The gross salary for this post starts from €5,000 a month. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Accommodation is provided by the family within the residence, so you can respond at once. Flights home are provided by the family so you can step back between demanding periods in Riyadh. The family is the employer and signs the contract with you directly, a clean arrangement for a maternity nurse in Riyadh. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
