About this role
We are introducing a UK & European-trained maternity nurse to a private family in Dubai, placed through us on a strictly private basis. This is a post for someone who works independently and without fuss, in a private setting. When the family moves to the Côte d'Azur for the season, you move with them, and maternity care carries on, and you decide how it is delivered. We introduce only those maternity nurses whose credentials we have checked ourselves, and the family decides everything after that.
Requirements
- We need a maternity nurse whose licence and degree are UK or European and in good standing, confirmed by the issuing body. We look for 2 years of post-registration practice at minimum, with evidence of acting on your own judgement. Your qualification should be UK or European, with no exceptions. Clear English is required at every level of the role, and a signed NDA is a condition of working with the family. We verify each maternity nurse's registration, references and training before any introduction, which matters most when the post carries independent judgement.
Benefits
- The family offers a gross salary from €5,000 a month. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Accommodation within the family's residence is provided by the family from the first day. Flights home are provided by the family, with cover planned around your sole charge duties. You sign with the family itself, never with us, a clean arrangement for a maternity nurse in Dubai. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
