We have been asked by a private family in Dubai to find a UK & European-trained maternity nurse, for an appointment held in strict confidence. The role needs poise, discretion and an instinct for the family's routine, and the family values a clinician who rarely draws attention. Expect the appointment to follow the family beyond Dubai, residence to residence, which suits a clinician who values a quiet, well-ordered life on the move. Requirements

• Registered, in good standing, with a UK or European nursing body, and a professional history we can verify quietly. 2 years in maternity nursing, with a calm and dependable record, ideally in an environment that valued confidentiality. Registration and training in the UK or Europe are both expected; nothing proceeds until your standing is confirmed. English must be fluent and measured, and you will keep the family's affairs entirely private. Willingness to travel for weeks at a time is expected; settling quickly into each new residence matters.

• The gross salary for this post starts from €5,000 a month. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Your accommodation within the family's residence is provided by the family. Trips to London, Switzerland or the Mediterranean are covered by the family, including accommodation, with nothing to reimburse or reclaim.
