About this role
We are recruiting a UK & European-trained Maternity Nurse for a private family in Doha. The appointment needs attentive, gentle nursing and an unfailing sense of routine. Whenever the household moves between Doha and its European residences, you travel alongside them, keeping continuity intact from one residence to the next. Your contract is with the family in a direct agreement, following our introduction and checks on your credentials and references.
Requirements
- Candidates need a nursing qualification and active registration issued in the UK or Europe and verified by us. The family expects 3+ years of hands-on nursing practice. Training and licensing must sit within a UK or European system for this maternity nurse post, so that trust begins on firm ground. Confident spoken and written English along with strict confidentiality undertakings are required before deployment. Tact, good judgement and an unfailing sense of trust are asked of you. Candidates should be willing to join European and international trips with a valid passport.

- The family offers a gross salary from €5,000 a month. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Your maternity nurse appointment includes, at the family's cost, accommodation within the family's residence and journeys. Annual leave on full pay, flights home and the stability of a permanent post are offered by the family. The family appoints you personally, once our verification of your registration is complete. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
