The appointment calls for calm authority and complete discretion, with feeding, sleep and settling routines setting the pace of each day. When the family leaves Riyadh for Europe, the appointment goes with them, where keeping a newborn's routine steady across time zones is a standing part of the work. Requirements
- You are a qualified maternity nurse with current UK or European registration, comfortable taking responsibility for newborn care and the mother's postnatal recovery. Post-qualification experience of 5+ years is expected, since this role rewards steady, experienced judgement. Your training and registration must be UK or European, with no exceptions for this mandate. Fluent English is required for daily exchanges with the family, and privacy is treated as part of the job description. Before the family sees your name, we check your registration with the issuing body, with your details held in strict confidence.
Benefits
- The gross salary for this post starts from €5,000 a month. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. The family provides your accommodation within its residence in Riyadh, with relocation arranged by the family. Paid annual leave is provided by the family, and the family also pays for flights back to your home country. Final terms are agreed between you and the family, with our work ending at the introduction. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
