About this role
A discreet nursing appointment has opened with a private family in Doha for a UK & European-trained Maternity Nurse. The mandate calls for a maternity nurse with a calm, exact manner, always with complete confidentiality. When the family leaves Doha for London or Marbella, the family relies on one clinician whose newborn and maternal assessment they already trust. Medical Staff Talent introduces the maternity nurse and verifies every credential; the family alone is your employer and the other party to your contract.
Requirements
- The shortlist starts with a nursing qualification and current registration, current and verifiable. A minimum of 3 years' nursing practice, with private-household exposure preferred. Every maternity nurse we introduce is trained and registered in the UK or Europe, since the standard of newborn and maternal assessment must be demonstrable. Fluent English is essential for the maternity nurse, and we confirm it at the verification stage. You should be ready to travel with the family, while keeping the same precise standard of care.
Benefits
- The package is gross, from €5,000 a month. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. In Doha you live within the family's residence: the role is live-in and single-status. Paid annual leave is part of the package, and the family values long-standing relationships. The contract is between you and the family alone, on standards both sides can rely on. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
