About this role
The family's household in Jeddah is looking for a UK & European-trained maternity nurse, with unsupervised responsibility from the first day. Time abroad forms part of the appointment, including Geneva, where you keep maternity care seamless, and you decide how it is delivered. We introduce only those maternity nurses whose credentials we have checked ourselves, so the family meets only a maternity nurse we have vetted. Your employer is the family, and the contract is between the two of you, which protects your autonomy as a maternity nurse.
Requirements
- A current UK or European registration as a maternity nurse is the starting point, confirmed by the issuing body. A record of 5 or more years in practice is needed, some of it in night and day infant care. The family has asked for UK & European-trained maternity nurses exclusively, a rule the family sets and we keep. You need confident, professional English, since you will often act without anyone to consult, quietly and without fuss. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies; it does not employ, and the family decides everything after that.
Benefits
- The family offers a gross salary from €5,000 a month. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Your accommodation within the residence is covered and relocation is arranged by the family, so you can focus on night and day infant care. Annual leave and return flights are covered by the family, which keeps a long-term maternity nurse post sustainable. The family contracts with you directly; we are not a party to the agreement, which protects your autonomy as a maternity nurse. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
