About this role
A private appointment has opened with a private family in Dubai for a UK & European-trained Maternity Nurse. The mandate suits a maternity nurse who is calm when the decision is theirs alone, with no one looking over your shoulder. From Dubai to the Algarve, the family's travel is yours too, and maternity care follows, and you decide how it is delivered. Verification comes first: licence, qualification and referees are all confirmed by us, every time. Contracts are issued by the family, not by an agency, a clean arrangement for a maternity nurse in Dubai.
Requirements
- The post requires a registered maternity nurse with UK or European credentials. We look for 3 years of post-registration practice at minimum, preferably in private rather than institutional settings. The family has asked for UK & European-trained maternity nurses exclusively, as the foundation for your own judgement. Clear English is required at every level of the role, alongside a binding NDA from day one. We verify each maternity nurse's registration, references and training before any introduction, every time.
Benefits
- The gross salary for this post starts from €5,000 a month. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. The family provides your accommodation within its residence in Dubai. Time off and travel home are part of the agreement. You sign with the family itself, never with us, before you give notice anywhere else. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
