We are seeking a UK & European-trained maternity nurse to join a private family in Abu Dhabi, for the family's personal nursing appointment mandate. Warmth, composure and professionalism define the person the family wants, as feeding, sleep and settling routines shape the family's days. Moving between Abu Dhabi and the family's European addresses is routine, keeping feeding, sleep and settling routines unbroken from one residence to the next. The family appoints you, and you sign with them directly; we introduce the clinician and check their credentials first.

Requirements

• This post is for a maternity nurse trained and registered in the UK or Europe, with newborn care and the mother's postnatal recovery central to your recent practice. A career of 3+ years since qualifying is required, as the family expects maturity from day one. This Abu Dhabi post is limited to clinicians trained and registered in the UK or Europe, and your credentials are read line by line. The family's working language is English, and yours must be fluent, with confidentiality observed at every stage, including interview. Your professional history is verified by us before the introduction takes place, giving the family confidence before they speak to you.

Benefits

• Salary is gross, from €5,000 a month. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Living arrangements within the family's residence in Abu Dhabi are provided by the family. Annual leave is guaranteed in your contract with the family, along with annual flights home. Remuneration, leave and duties are put in writing by the family, which keeps the arrangement simple and transparent. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
