About this role
A private family in Abu Dhabi wishes to appoint a UK & European-trained maternity nurse, for an appointment held in strict confidence. The family looks for steady judgement and complete discretion, and the family values a clinician who rarely draws attention. Travel with the family across Europe is built into this permanent family nursing post, which suits a clinician who values a quiet, well-ordered life on the move. You sign with the family, not with us; our involvement is verification and introduction.
Requirements
- Valid nursing registration in the UK or Europe, in good standing, and a professional history we can verify quietly. A record of 2+ years' experience in maternity nursing, ideally in an environment that valued confidentiality. Your qualification should come from a UK or European training pathway; nothing proceeds until your standing is confirmed. English at a professional level is required, and you will keep the family's affairs entirely private. A settled, adaptable approach to frequent travel is required; settling quickly into each new residence matters.
Benefits
- The family offers a gross salary from €5,000 a month. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Your lodging is within the family's residence: the role is live-in and single-status. Return flights home are provided by the family, alongside paid leave; continuity matters to the family, and tenure is expected to be long. The family bears the cost of your flights and stay whenever you travel with them, with nothing to reimburse or reclaim. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
