About this role
A private family in Jeddah wants a UK & European-trained maternity nurse for a neonatal household support appointment, and confidentiality is assumed. You will hold autonomous decision-making for the family's newborn care. The role extends to accompanying the family across Europe and on international travel, with maternity care continuing throughout. We verify each maternity nurse's registration, references and training before any introduction, which matters most when the post carries unsupervised responsibility.
Requirements
- Applicants must be registered maternity nurses from the UK or European systems, able to hold sole charge. You should have worked no fewer than 5 years since qualifying, some of it in newborn care as standard. We place maternity nurses whose training and licence belong to the UK or European systems, as the foundation for full clinical autonomy. Clear English is required at every level of the role; so is absolute confidentiality, enforced by NDA, something a maternity nurse soon appreciates. Our part is a verified introduction and nothing more, which matters most when the post carries your own judgement.
Benefits
- The family offers a gross salary from €5,000 a month. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Accommodation within the residence is arranged and paid for by the family, which suits a neonatal household support post. You sign with the family itself, never with us, so expectations around a neonatal household support role are clear from the start. The family is the employer and signs the contract with you directly, which protects your autonomy as a maternity nurse. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
