About this role
A private family in Dubai is seeking a UK & European-trained Maternity Nurse for confidential, in-residence care. The family needs a maternity nurse who can be left in charge of night and day infant care, with no one looking over your shoulder. Continuity of maternity care follows the family, from Dubai to their European residences and summer travel. We introduce only those maternity nurses whose credentials we have checked ourselves, because a neonatal household support appointment leaves little room for doubt.
Requirements
- Applicants must be registered maternity nurses from the UK or European systems, able to hold unsupervised responsibility. Bring at least 3 years of practice since full registration, some of it in night and day infant care. Your qualification should be UK or European, as the foundation for independent judgement. Clear English is required at every level of the role, together with complete discretion about everything you see in Dubai - a point the family raises early. We introduce only those maternity nurses whose credentials we have checked ourselves, and no name is shared before that work is done.
Benefits
- The gross salary for this post starts from €5,000 a month. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Accommodation within the family's residence is provided by the family, so you can focus on postnatal care. Flights home are provided by the family, because a maternity nurse in sole charge needs real time away. Contracts are issued by the family, not by an agency, which protects your autonomy as a maternity nurse. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
