About this role
The family's household in Doha is looking for a UK & European-trained maternity nurse. The mandate suits a maternity nurse who is calm when the decision is theirs alone. Time abroad forms part of the appointment, including Marbella, where you keep night and day infant care seamless, and you decide how it is delivered. We introduce only those maternity nurses whose credentials we have checked ourselves, ahead of any conversation with the family in Doha. The employment relationship is yours and the family's alone, so expectations around a neonatal household support role are clear from the start.
Requirements
- The post requires a registered maternity nurse with UK or European credentials, with no restrictions on practice. You should have worked no fewer than 3 years since qualifying, some of it in maternity care. We place maternity nurses whose training and licence belong to the UK or European systems, as the foundation for autonomous decision-making. Excellent spoken and written English is expected, and an NDA applies before any deployment from the first conversation. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies; it does not employ, because a neonatal household support appointment leaves little room for doubt.
Benefits
- You will earn from €5,000 a month, gross. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Accommodation within the residence is arranged and paid for by the family, so you can focus on maternity care. You receive generous leave and regular flights home, both provided by the family, because a maternity nurse in sole charge needs real time away. The employment relationship is yours and the family's alone, and the terms for night and day infant care are agreed openly. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
