Maternity Nurse — Maternity & Newborn Care — Riyadh, Tax-Free

Private Medical Jobs with Private Families in the Gulf
Newcastle, Tyne and Wear, United Kingdom Posted Oct 8, 2026
Full-time

About this role

A private family in Riyadh is appointing a permanent, long-term UK & European-trained Maternity Nurse.

The family wants a nurse who builds confidence rather than dependence, with practical newborn teaching from day one.

In the newborn's first summer the family will stay in London and on the Norfolk coast, and you travel with them.

Feeding, sleep and postnatal support are all part of the role.

Requirements

  • Your nurse or midwife registration was obtained in the UK or Europe.

  • You have 2+ years of nursing since qualifying, with time in maternity or private homes.

  • Breastfeeding support and family education are essential skills.

  • English is fluent and warmth comes naturally.

  • Your newborn life support certification must be current.

Benefits

  • For this permanent post the tax-free package is £82,000 – £95,000.

  • Room and board within the family's residence, and travel, are covered by the family.

  • Your weekly rest days are agreed with the family in advance.

  • The family employs you directly after our checks.

  • Engagement essentials

  • Availability to begin within six weeks of offer.

  • Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice.

  • Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care.

  • Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
