About this role
A family in Dubai is appointing a permanent, UK & European-trained Maternity Nurse for the newborn months and beyond. You will provide postnatal support from the first hours home, with breastfeeding guidance and newborn health checks. Spring and early summer are spent in Dubai, followed by the family's annual stay in Mallorca, where you continue the same routine. Your aim is to leave the household confident and the newborn thriving.
Requirements
- Your nursing or midwifery qualification comes from the UK or Europe. You will need at least 3 years of nursing practice since registration, with newborns as a focus. Lactation support skills are highly valued. Warm, clear English and a confidentiality agreement are required. Your newborn resuscitation training must be current.
Benefits
- The family offers a gross salary from €5,000 a month. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Your private room within the family's residence, meals and travel are covered by the family. Time off is agreed with the family each week. You are employed by the family directly; we introduce and verify. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
