About this role
A confidential, long-term Maternity Nurse position is available with a private family in Riyadh. The appointment calls for discretion, composure and sound judgement, with the newborn and the mother's recovery looked after quietly at the heart of the home. Time away from Riyadh forms part of this maternity nurse appointment, with the same calm, private routine kept in every residence. The family is the employer of the maternity nurse; we introduce and verify.
Requirements
- Fully registered maternity nurse with current UK or European nursing registration, with a clean record. Experience in maternity nursing spanning 2+ years after registration, preferably gained in private or family settings. Training must be UK or European; other routes are not considered. Fluent English is expected in the Riyadh residence, and a signed NDA is a condition of the appointment. You should be ready to leave Riyadh with the family at short notice; composure on every journey is part of the job.
Benefits
- Pay starts from €5,000 a month, gross. It is a gross salary, paid into the bank account of your choice. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. The family provides your accommodation within its residence in Riyadh. Paid leave and flights home are provided by the family; stability is a feature of this long-term post. When the family travels, your flights and lodging are provided by the family, so you are never out of pocket. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
