Maternity Nurse — Long-Term Family Placement — Dubai, Tax-Free

Private Medical Jobs with Private Families in the Gulf
München, Bayern, Germany Posted Oct 8, 2026
Full-time

About this role

A family in Dubai is appointing a UK & European-trained Maternity Nurse to a live-in post, with a view to a long-term family placement.

The family hopes you will stay beyond the newborn months and grow with the household.

From June the household spends the summer in Sardinia and London, and you travel with them.

You will shape sleep, feeding and early development routines from the start.

Requirements

  • You trained as a nurse or midwife in the UK or Europe and hold current registration.

  • Candidates bring 2+ years of nursing experience since qualifying, with newborns central to it.

  • Interest in early childhood development is a plus.

  • Your English is warm and clear, and you keep the family's life private.

  • Infant resuscitation training should be recent.

Benefits

  • The package is tax-free at £70,000 – £83,000.

  • A room within the family's residence, meals and travel are provided by the family.

  • Your days off are fixed in the weekly rota.

  • The appointment is a direct arrangement between you and the family.

  • Engagement essentials

  • Availability to begin within six weeks of offer.

  • Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice.

  • Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care.

  • Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
