About this role
The family's household in Abu Dhabi is looking for a UK & European-trained maternity nurse, placed through us on a strictly private basis. Travel is part of the role, with Mallorca on the family's regular route and night and day infant care uninterrupted, often with independent judgement. We verify each maternity nurse's registration, references and training before any introduction, which matters most when the post carries your own judgement. Your employer is the family, and the contract is between the two of you, and the terms for postnatal care are agreed openly.
Requirements
- You are a fully qualified maternity nurse with current registration in the UK or Europe, with no restrictions on practice. We look for 5 years of post-registration practice at minimum, some of it in postnatal care. We consider maternity nurses trained and registered in the UK or Europe only, with no exceptions. Fluent English is essential, and a signed NDA is a condition of working with the family throughout the engagement. Our part is a verified introduction and nothing more, which matters most when the post carries full clinical autonomy.
Benefits
- The package is gross, from €5,000 a month. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. The family contracts with you directly; we are not a party to the agreement, so expectations around a household care continuity role are clear from the start. Accommodation within the residence, annual leave and flights home are provided by the family, for a maternity nurse holding sole charge. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Nurses are always placed in pairs — two nurses alternating shifts — to protect continuity of care. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
